The Seward Initiative/Intensive Team (State Mental Health Initiative)

This team includes staff from the State of Minnesota,
Hennepin County and Mental Health Resources, Inc.
Their clients have intensive needs for specialized
case management services. MHR contributes 1 FTE
to this team, and it is housed at our Minnehaha Center.
The team provides excellent, comprehensive service to clients.
