Mental Health Outreach Clinic (MHOC)
The Mental Health Outreach Clinic (MHOC) provides supportive therapy services for adults living with serious mental illness and substance use disorders, often accompanied by complex medial needs, trauma, and housing instability.
Both individual and group therapy are offered to support recovery for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who experience:
Ongoing challenges with thoughts, emotions or relationships
Frequent hospitalizations or emergency services
Co-occurring substance use that affects daily functioning
Psychological symptoms affected by physical health concerns
Anxiety, grief and loss, or childhood trauma
Barriers to keeping appointments, taking medications or achieving goals
Limited social support or unstable living situation
Therapists at the Mental Health Outreach Clinic are licensed as professional clinical counselors, psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists. Our therapists are experienced in supporting individuals living with serious and persistent mental health and substance use disorders. They bring compassion, empathy, and a strong dedication to promoting hope, resilience, and recovery.

In clinic individual and group therapy
In home therapy
Telehealth therapy
Flexible therapy scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours. The frequency and length of services are guided by individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Most insurance is accepted. Please call the clinic to verify. Uninsured or underinsured individuals may be eligible for Mental Health Resources (MHR) Mental Health Outreach Clinic’s Sliding Fee Discount Program.
